Account deletion
You can delete your ToiletMap account at any time. When you delete it, your personal data is removed from our servers.
Delete in the app
In the app, tap the following in order.
- iPhone: Settings → Account → Delete your Account
- Android: Settings → Account → Delete account
Confirm on the next screen. Your account is deleted right away. This cannot be undone.
If you cannot use the app
For example, if you have removed the app, please send a request with the form below.
In the form, please write one of these.
- Your user ID (if you know it)
- The email address of the Google account you linked
We delete your account within 30 days of receiving your request.

- Your account (login information)
- Your profile (email address, data used to send you notifications, home toilet)
- Favorites
- Toilet usage history and goals
- Subscription records on our servers
- Counts of how many times you used search and photos
- Feedback you sent
Data that is kept
The following things you posted stay as public information that others use. They are no longer linked to you (they become anonymous).
- Toilets
- Photos
- Confirmations of facility tags
- Suggested corrections
About subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought on the App Store or Google Play. Please cancel it in the store.
